This 1 1/2 acre workshop area is separated from the main compound.
This workshop area and yard has been separated by wood and wire fencing from the rest of the ranch, with 3-acre yard, and a workshop, has been home of numerous cottage industries.
It contains construction equipment such as backhoe, forklift, 8 yd. cement mixer, 14 yd. dump truck, small crane truck, and bandsaw sawmill, as well as many shop tools, planer, drill press, compressor, welder, and saws of all types are protected in 2 Rio Grande railroad cars.
All this equipment, old and new, works for use on the ranch land in its development. There are many vigas (roof rafters), milled lumber and forms used in cottage industry.
